July 2025 Flood Response

In early July 2025, catastrophic flash flooding struck Central Texas, particularly the Texas Hill Country, with Kerr County being the hardest hit. Heavy rainfall, exacerbated by the remnants of Tropical Storm Barry and drought conditions, caused the Guadalupe River to surge 20–26 feet in under an hour, leading to over 136 deaths, including 107 in Kerr County (37 children), and at least 160 people initially reported missing. The flooding devastated communities, sweeping away homes, RV parks, and summer camps like Camp Mystic, where 27 campers and counselors died.

As part of multiple ongoing recovery and assistance programs, Eagle’s Flight SA has been very active, with teams of volunteers on the ground helping, as well as collecting and coordinating supplies. Below are some photos of our team members in action. Thank you for your continued support and prayers for this devastating situation.
