Zach Norman (Board Member)
In 2020, my family and I relocated from Kansas City, Missouri, to the great state of Texas—and we haven’t looked back since. My amazing wife, Natalie, works at Cornerstone Church, and both of our boys, Cash and Dexter, attend Cornerstone Christian School. Along with our two cats, Coco and Copper, we’ve truly fallen in love with the community here.
Our family is big on faith, quality time, and pouring into our boys through church, sports, music, and education. We love catching a movie, celebrating Halloween, enjoying a rare steak, and starting the day with a good cup of coffee.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri, where I was fortunate to play collegiate baseball on some incredible teams—including the 2003 National Championship team. After college, I was blessed to play professional baseball in the Philadelphia Phillies organization until 2007. In 2008, I was humbled to be inducted into UCM’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
Today, I serve as the Vice President of Sales for Results Roofing, overseeing the San Antonio and Austin markets. I’m honored to work with such an incredible company—we’re good people who run a good business with integrity and heart. I also hold an MBA from Strayer University through the Jack Welch Management Institute, a program backed by the legacy of both Jack Welch and Warren Buffett. I consider myself a lifelong learner and look forward to the next chapter in my educational journey.
As a God-fearing man, I strive to surround myself with strong teammates—people of character who lead with integrity. I invest much of my time into coaching and developing others, holding firmly to a personal standard rooted in moral values and ethical leadership.
One quote I live by is:
“I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it.”
